The Exsul Coin project is focused on helping people. They prioritise education, since with education a person can go far and help him/herself and their family get out of poverty. They search lower-class communities and refugee camps for promising young students, teach them computing and programming skills and then help them find new projects.

What XUL coin can be used for? One can earn it by helping their community, like providing drinking water or supplying a medical clinic, With Exsul Coin, one can nominate, vote for and fund the refugee-connected projects they believe to be promising.

Pre-ICO lasted from December 4th, 2017, till February 12th, 2018. Then, then right away on February 12th same year, started the ICO, and finished on March 14th 2018. In other words, the ICO lasted almost quarter of a year.

Problems and future perspectives

Exsul Coin is rated relatively low on top ICO rating sites. The project team neglects their social media, and the price for the token seems to be unbelievably low. All this brings up serious concerns about the future of this undoubtedly promising and socially valuable project.
