BABB is an application that enables users to send, receive and convert online funds in digital currencies and withdraw them in fiat. BAX tokens are used for donations inside the platform – one can announce a crowdfunding project and indicate their BABB wallet for donations.
Putting it simply, this is some kind of mixture PayPal and crowdfunding platforms – as one can send payments, even micropayments, to their friends, relatives, and other connections, and also raise funds for charity purposes and support other people’s projects.
The country of origin is the United Kingdom, which explains why this application is aimed to outrun the banking services of this country. Many people mention how hard it is to send payments inside the UK and how long it takes – well, not anymore with BABB!
ICO Stages
The project raised funds on two occasions: during the presale, that lasted for a month from January 15th to February 15th of 2018, and during the actual sale time that lasted two weeks from February 6th till February 21th of 2018, overlapping a little.
Problems and future perspectives
The project looks quite promising and there is certainly a need for it. However, we can’t but notice that the BAX token price is surprisingly low, even though the market cap is quite high and the number of active users of the application is relatively high too. And on social networks, we have noticed many people asking about their ICO tokens – seems that they are not very happy about their past investment. However, we believe that these problems can be fixed and that the future of this project is quite bright.
